Early Years

  Originally from a Northern, VA Lexi has always aspired to reach her full potential through her musical gifts. Her father taught her to play guitar as early as age 6, and her mother often wrote poetry and listened to a vast array of musical stylings constantly. Through combining the creative passions of her parents, Lexi started writing songs as early as age 11. 

Nashville Dreams 

At age 14 Lexi's mother passed away unexpectedly. This was a huge loss, as her mom was one of Lexi's greatest supporters of her musical endeavors. With the support of her father and stepfather Lexi was able to tour with her band around the DC-Metro area under her maiden name, Lexi Peto. Shortly after, Lexi was able to move to Nashville with her stepfather in pursuit of furthering her musical career. Around this time, Lexi began recording and releasing her original songs to share with the world. 

College & Ministry Work

In 2021 Lexi graduated from Belmont University where she studied songwriting, music business, and christian theology/ministry. Since graduation, Lexi has served on staff at various churches within the greater Nashville area as a children's minister all while pursuing her love of music both in and out the church.

True Love 

Since then, Lexi married the love of her life Jared Stark. Who has not only encouraged, but also empowered/equipped her to continue to follow her passion for her musical gifting.

Life Today

Today, Lexi aspires to encourage and inspire others through pursuing music in all its various forms and fashions, i.e songwriting, artistry, teaching lessons, and more.

Based in Nashville, Lexi is a country artist and singer/songwriter. Stylistically she combines country instrumentation with emotional and raw lyrics tied to themes of love, loss, faith, and more.

She enjoys writing and performing for her own projects as well as writing for other artist projects, including genres like country, christian, and pop. Be on the lookout for more of Lexi's songs to be released to streaming platforms soon!
