Meet Lexi

Hey guys! I'm Lexi! I'm 26 years old, and I'm originally from Northern VA. Since graduating from Belmont University in 2021, I am now local to the greater Nashville area.

At Belmont I studied songwriting, music business, and christian theology/ministry. Since graduation, I have served on staff as a children's minister at various churches. One of my greatest joys in life is providing children with the gift of music/worship through teaching.

My husband Jared and I have always dreamt of starting a small business. Lulu's academy is one of the ways we feel I can continue to minister to children in while utilizing the gifts God has given me.

Meet Lulu

Hi everyone! My name is Lulu! I'm a 2 year- old Holland Lop rabbit who lives in Lexi's music studio! I love a good live music session, and kiddos are my favorite friends to play/spend time with!

Come and experience private music lessons with Lexi, so I can help bring a smile to your child's face!

P.S You should bring your child to MY music academy so they can give me a banana treat.. or two!

Services

Private Lessons

At Lulu's Academy, Lexi offers a wide range of lessons for children 6-18 years of age including voice, guitar, piano, songwriting, music theory, and sound demo recording/production.

Pricing (by the hour)

6-10 years | $40

11- 14 years | $50

15-18 years | $60

Recitals

Once a quarter students- from Lulu's Academy will be invited to participate in a recital to perform what they have been learning for a live audience!

FAQS

What if my child is allergic to animals?

Not a problem! Lexi can travel to you, travel costs vary depending upon distance from Lexi's studio. For more information please contact Lexi directly.

Does my child need an instrument of their own?

100% yes, this will be necessary for practicing what students have learned at home, Lexi can provide insight on selecting/purchasing any instrument to fit your child's needs

Is there any paperwork involved?

Yes a liability waiver provided by Lexi MUST be signed by a parent/ legal guardian before lessons can begin

How often should my child practice?

At Lulu's academy Lexi recommends practicing at least 90 minutes per week before attending the next lesson in order for her students to be able to move on to the next skillset
